All applications are high priority for us and we will endeavour to have an answer to you within 24 hours, but please be advised it may be longer due to delays in reaching your references.
Information Verified By Our Agency
To verify your Application we contact the Tenancy History Database (TICA). If you have had a problem with a previous Tenancy, please discuss the circumstances with us. We also contact your Employer, current & previous agent/landlord and personal referees.
If your Application is not accepted by the Lessor, it will be retained and then destroyed securely to comply with Privacy Legislation.
If your Application is accepted by the Lessor, you are required to pay an amount equivalent to two (2) weeks rent plus the full Bond amount and sign the General Tenancy Agreement as soon as possible after notification of acceptance.
Rent & Bond Payment Options
Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques, money orders or cash as rent payment methods at our office. Our Agency uses the services of DEFT (Internet transfer, Phone Payments, Direct Debit and BPay), we will provide you with exact details upon application approval.
